Prep time: 15 minutes / Bake time: 25 minutes / Serves: 15

Ingredients:

Cake:
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 can of mandarin oranges, (don't drain it ^.^)
4 egg whites (so take the yolk out)
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce

Topping:
1 can of crushed pineapple (don't drain this too ^3^)
1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton of whipped topping/cool whip

Directions:

1. Get a large mixing bowl out
- Put in the yellow cake mix
- Then put in the mandarin oranges
- Next are the egg whites!
- Lastly is the applesauce

2. (You can use a mixing spoon, but a mixer is recommended)
- See if it is all mixed up
- Then pour into a 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish that is first coated with cooking spray
- It is now ready to bake! Put your oven at 350 degrees an bake it for 25-30 minutes
- Let it cool while you make the topping

3. In another bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding mix
- After it is mixed add in the whipped topping/cool whip until it's just barely blended
- It's complete!

4. Spread the topping over the awesome cake you just made
- The last step is to refrigerate it for at least an hour before devouring

Tada! Enjoy it to your hearts content, I know that you won't be disappointed! :D
